يهتم قانون المنافسة وحماية المستهلك بموضوعلت حيوية تتصل بمواضيع مهمة، ترتكز حول كلا من المؤسسات الاقتصادية و المتعاملين الاقتصاديين، وكذلك في الشخص محل اهتمام المتعامل الاقتصادي ألا وهو المستهلك الذي سن له المشرع عدة قواعد قانونية ذات فعالية في مجال حمايته ضمن قواعد قانون حماية المستهلك.
